OPEN's parent and toddler group takes place within our Café the entrance to which is off Castle Meadow.
The theme for February is 'Animals and Conservation'.
These sessions are for parents or guardians and their babies and toddlers. They are a great opportunity for everyone to interact with one another, have fun and explore new activities and environments. Based in our Café this group is a fantastic chance for parents and guardians to socialise in a safe and friendly environment whilst grabbing a bite to eat or hot beverage!
On offer are a variety of activities from messy play, arts and crafts, free play with a wide selection of toys and musical instruments.
Sessions run from 10.30am - mid-day are free to attend and no need to book, but please do sign-in when you arrive.
The group runs during term time only, however families are welcome to use the Café space during school holidays.
As usual there will also be toys & messy play for the children and babies to explore.
Parents/ guardians are ultimately responsible for their children at all times.
The sessions are free but we welcome donations as we are a charity.
Sessions run on Wednesday and Friday only.
There are no organised activities during half term (12th - 16th February). However you are still welcome to come and use the space in our Café and there are lots of activities taking place for older children.
