In partnership with OPEN Youth Trust, The London Ballet Company is delighted to bring to Norwich a performance opportunity for young, aspiring dancers!

Running from Wednesday 23rd - Sunday 27th October (half-term) from 10.00am - 3.00pm training each day with the performance on Sunday 27th October.

Each day there will be an opportunity to train with and learn from The London Ballet Company's professional dancers, exploring ballet, contemporary and creative performance.

Choreography from one of The London Ballet's unique productions, "Pandora's Box" will be taught, and the highlight of the week will be a performance for friends and family.

The cost to attend: £250 + booking fee.

For all prospective dancers this will be a wonderful opportunity to gain insight into a professional dance company, to further their dance experience and above all to have fun!

Photo/Video Consent:

I give The London Ballet Company Ltd/OPEN Youth Trust permission to take photographs and video of my child. I grant The London Ballet Company Ltd/OPEN Youth Trust full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the company’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

Uniform:

We ask that all dancers wear a black leotard and pink or black convertible tights (girls) OR cap sleeve plain leotard/t-shirt, tights or shorts and socks (boys). All dancers must have soft sole ballet shoes but also be prepared to dance barefoot. It is important that all dancers have warm comfortable clothing to wear in breaks. Girls should wear their hair in a ballet bun.

Food and Drink:

The dancers will be using lots of energy throughout the intensive so it is important to refuel - we will have plenty of breaks to do so. Please bring a healthy packed lunch with snacks and bottled water each day, eat a good balanced meal in the evenings and get plenty of sleep!

All our staff and dancers are fully CRB checked and our on-site certified first aider.

All data obtained will be shared between OPEN Youth Trust and the London Ballet Company.
