We ask that all dancers wear a black leotard and pink or black convertible tights (girls) OR cap sleeve plain leotard/t-shirt, tights or shorts and socks (boys). All dancers must have soft sole ballet shoes but also be prepared to dance barefoot. It is important that all dancers have warm comfortable clothing to wear in breaks. Girls should wear their hair in a ballet bun.

The dancers will be using lots of energy throughout the intensive so it is important to refuel - we will have plenty of breaks to do so. Please bring a healthy packed lunch with snacks and bottled water each day, eat a good balanced meal in the evenings and get plenty of sleep!
