With support from Powerhoop Expert Mr dod the hoopathon is an event to challenge yourself to take part in a 4-hour fitness hooping workout.

There will be a DJ and live entertainment throughout the 4 hours to keep you motivated and energised, but the main thing is you have fun!  

The 4-hour fitness hooping workout will be a selection of hooping sessions, including some arms and legs movement for all fitness levels. Mr dod will also include some muscle strength endurance tracks using the weight of the hoop to build up muscles in your arms and shoulders. For extra fun, and if you fancy following the beat of the live entertainment, we will dance while hooping too.  There will also be opportunities to just freestyle! Remember, you do what you can do, we want you to have fun for the full 4-hours. 

It is not compulsory for you to take part in the full 4-hours if you don’t want to. However, every hour there will be short breaks so that you can go to the bar or resting area for refreshments and have a catch up with your friends to see how they are getting on. If you want to carry on hooping during the breaks you can!
