Corporate Boxing is where men and women from the white-collar professions train like a real boxer to box on different Corporate Boxing events throughout the year.

Train like a real fighter for 12 weeks and help raise money for the charity of your choice by participating in the Tower Fitness Corporate Boxing show.

The shows are held numerous times throughout the year and attract an audience of around 900 people for what is an exciting and fun-filled night combined with an electric atmosphere! All the boxers are trained by former Professional boxer Jackson Williams and his experienced team at their new gym on Sweet Briar Industrial Estate in Norwich.

The last show in March 2017 saw 16 bouts that were eagerly contested in front of a packed house and supported by their special guest Frank Bruno MBE a former Heavyweight Champion.

When you apply to fight you are invited to an interview and the successful applicants are then trained for 12 weeks leading up to the show. Each contestant is provided with all the kit, including gloves, headguard, bandages, vest, shorts, a photo collage and DVD of their fight along with a medal for participating. This is combined with the satisfaction of raising funds for your preferred charity with the respect and status of being a hero in your workplace!

The contests are fought over 3 x 2 minute rounds and no previous experience is needed to fight.

Once you have been approved to take part you need TO BE READY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • The hardest training you would have ever encountered.
  • The biggest buzz you will ever have.
  • Make your entrance to the ring to your own theme tune.
  • Be the hero in your work place and the talk of the town between friends.
  • Train for the fight of your life and enjoy the thrill.
  • Challenge yourself to get seriously fit and healthy.
