Dedicated disabled parking spaces operated by the Castle Quarter, formerly the Castle Mall, Rose Lane and St Andrew's car parks as well as limited disabled parking bays on the road.
Some music events are standing only. Customers with access needs or those who have difficulty standing for long periods should inform the Box Office in advance of the event. The Duty Manager of the event will do everything possible to ensure a comfortable viewing position is provided.
Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is NOT permitted in any part of the Venue.
We have hearing loops on site which can cover a certain distance, if you think you may require one that can cover larger distances and frequencys please let us know prior to the event and we will do our best to meet your needs.

OPEN has flat access to all main spaces and accessible WC facilities. The WC are signposted and are accessible with a Radar Key. If you do not have a Radar Key then please ask a member of staff and they will be pleased to help you.
Wheelchair users are entitled to bring a carer or friend to accompany you on your visit, they’ll be admitted free to any event provided notice is given at the time of booking.

If you require additional assistance when attending any gig or event within our venue, we have a specific area available to customers with wheelchairs or any person needing a chair who is unable to stand for long periods of time. We ask that anyone who would like to use these areas purchases a ticket in advance and that you arrive promptly to doors opening and make yourself known to one of our Duty Managers who will be able to advise where best to watch the event.
Whilst we endeavor to do everything in our power to enable access across the venue please be aware that during capacity events areas may become congested which can lead to diminished accessibility.
