Through taking part in boxing and mixed martial arts sessions young people will learn skills such as self-control, discipline and develop self-esteem.

OPEN Gym aims to promote positive behavior patterns and healthy life choices, we are very pleased to be able to offer sessions free of charge to young people (under 18) ensuring cost does not become a barrier to their success. There are also opportunities for young people to gain accreditations on sports.

That's not all anyone over 18 can become a member and 'Get Fit and Give Back'.
Membership costs just £10 per month which goes towards helping a young person from a disavantaged background access our Gym.

Joining up is easy, if you are over 18 just complete our Membership Forms and Standing Order and return to OPEN Gym, 20 Bank Plain, Norwich, NR2 4SF.

If you are under 18 you need to complete our Code of Conduct & Consent Forms (the latter will need to be signed by either your parent or guardian).

For regular updates of what's taking place in our Gym follow us on Facebook at @OPENGymNorwich
