Oktoberfest Norwich, which is being held at OPEN, is pleased to announce not just one but two official partners.

City centre venue OPEN Norwich, which is also the home of the OPEN Youth Trust, is pleased to announce that Bitburger will be it’s official partner – bringing a leading international brand in authentic German lager to it’s inaugural festival later this year.  Local company Adnams have been named as the second official partner and will be sponsoring the Gin & Prosecco Lounge.

For three days in October the iconic building at the heart of Norwich on Bank Plain will be transformed into a German themed Bierkeller.  Aptly named Oktoberfest Norwich, or ON for short, this event will bring authentic Bavarian beer, food and entertainment to the Fine City and the venue will become the home of the biggest indoor celebration of lager ever seen in Norfolk with 3,000 visitors over three days.

Tickets are already sold out for the sessions on Friday and Saturday. However tickets are now on sale for an additional session on Thursday evening for just £10 plus booking fee which will include a specially branded limited edition Oktoberfest Norwich Bavarian Beer Stein.  A limited number of VIP tickets with reserved stage side seating, complimentary food and first drink, waitress table service and special Oktoberfest Norwich Stein are also available for the Thursday evening.

John Gordon-Saker, Chief Executive of OPEN said “We are really pleased to have one of Germany’s premier beer brands Bitburger on board, alongside local favourite, Adnams, as our official partners for our inaugural Oktoberfest event, which will be running on Thursday 5th, Friday 6th and Saturday 7th October 2017, with four sessions during this period.”

Money raised from the event will be donated to the Open Youth Trust which will enable the charity to offer a diverse range of activities, most of which are free to attend, for young people aged from 7 to 25.
